meat in jelly A pleasant surprise and a moment of nostalgia at dinner yesterday. Meat in jelly. Definitely not one of my favorites as a kid growing up in Poland (as I told Jennifer last night, we usually embed the "suspicious" parts of the animals in jelly) but definitely yummy now. I have actually grown to really love all kinds of organs, entrails, and especially cartilage.
